Sooooo this is what I was working on!

I want to have some handcrafted items in our shop so I've been trying my hand at Decoupaging! 🥰

I gotta tell you this is so much funnnnnnnnn! 🤗🤗🤗

Who knew that napkins could be so useful for other things??!!! lol!

This is my first project... How did I do? 😳

... Read moreDecoupaging is such a delightful craft to experiment with, especially when you’re just starting out like me. What surprised me most was how ordinary napkins can be transformed into beautiful, textured designs on various surfaces. The process is pretty straightforward but requires a bit of patience as you carefully glue and seal layers to achieve a smooth, lasting finish. One tip I picked up along the way is to choose napkins with vibrant patterns or images that really stand out once applied. I also found that using a sponge brush helps to apply glue evenly without damaging the delicate napkin layers. Starting with small projects helped me build confidence before moving on to larger or more complex pieces. Another fantastic aspect of decoupage is its versatility—I've begun thinking about creating personalized gifts, decorative boxes, and even customized home décor that can add a personal touch to any space. For anyone interested in crafts or looking to add some handcrafted charm to their shop, I highly recommend giving decoupage a try. It’s not only relaxing but also incredibly rewarding when you see your finished product. If you’re near Galveston or in similar creative communities, you might find local workshops or groups where enthusiasts share tips and inspire each other. Engaging with a community can really accelerate learning and add to the fun. Feel free to share your own decoupage experiences or ask questions; crafting is always more fulfilling when we share the journey!

Working Smarter, Not Just Harder
Being busy isn’t the same as being productive. True productivity isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most. Prioritize tasks that move the needle, eliminate distractions, and work with focus rather than just filling time. Small, consistent efforts create big results. A clear plan

working hard so one day i won't need to <3
My 6am-6pm GRWM ✨ I would be lying if I said working so much wasn't draining at times. Juggling 3 jobs and a life (yes, including a marriage) can be rough lol. I love all three of my jobs and literally could never give up any of them. Plus I literally can't afford to live without them.

I was sooooo nervous! 😖😖
This is what happens when you ask for a manly man 😂😂 He is a gun aficionado and wants me to learn how to protect myself if he’s ever in a position where he can’t protect me first. I was super nervous, but I do think it’s necessary for people and especially women to learn some form of self-defense.

Sometimes, it’s not that you hate working, it’s that you might not like your job, have external factors that prevent you from enjoying your work, or even that you’re just not where you want to be in your career. For me, ever since graduating college I’ve struggled with the idea of working, not b
