Make coffee with me, the “old fashioned” way
Does anyone still make their coffee the "old fashion" way?
And am I the only person that doesn't like iced coffee, especially first thing in the morning?
Fresh brewed cottee with some creamer and sugar, well stevia for me is all I need and want honestly.
I struggle with my weight, so starting my day with a coffee that has 500+ calories, is probably anything but ideal for me!
How about you?
How do you like and make your coffee?
Happy Monday yall! ☀️

Making coffee the old fashioned way can be a nostalgic experience and offers a chance to savor every drop. Many enthusiasts prefer using a French press or pour-over method to enhance taste and aroma. Freshly ground coffee beans are essential to achieve the best flavor. Those looking to cut calories often enjoy lighter alternatives, such as using stevia or almond milk instead of cream and sugar. In addition, incorporating a mindful morning routine that includes preparing coffee can set a positive tone for the day. For individuals who struggle with weight management, avoiding high-calorie coffee drinks is crucial. Explore various brewing methods like the Aeropress or even cold brew (for those who enjoy it later in the day) to revitalize your mornings with healthier options. What do you prefer in your morning brew to stay fit and energized?
