SHE was given HER WINGS ❤️

She is family ❤️ and unfortunately lost her life to a serious act of violence by a person under the age of 18. These kids are becoming more violent and think nothing about their actions. When do we say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ??? Why is it getting worse rather than better
