“Stop Winging It. Start Intending It.”

If affirmations are the voice, intentions are the direction.

Most people wake up and fall straight into reaction mode.

But when you move with intention, you become the creator of your day.

Your energy knows where to go. Your focus becomes sacred. Your boundaries get stronger.

Here’s how I set daily intentions that actually stick:

1. I ask myself: What kind of energy do I want to live in today?

2. I choose 1-2 intentions to guide me (examples: peace, clarity, abundance, boldness).

3. I write them down — your journal is your witness.

4. I speak them out loud with presence. This activates them.

5. I check in midday — am I honoring them or drifting?

Your day doesn’t have to control you.

Set your intentions. And then live them on purpose.

Intentions can be applied to common activities: before using your phone, intend to connect with truth and purpose rather than distraction; while drinking water, set the intention to nourish and refresh your body and spirit; or before speaking, aim to communicate with love and authenticity. Daily check-ins help maintain alignment, where you reflect if your actions honor the set intentions or if you are drifting. Writing down and verbally activating your intentions strengthens their impact, making your journal a witness and your voice an activator. Incorporating intentions into your routine supports stronger boundaries, focused energy, and a sense of sacred presence. By choosing specific energy qualities like peace, abundance, or boldness, you become the creator of your day, moving from reaction to purposeful living.
