Filling in My February Book Journal 📚✨ | Part 2

Part 2 of filling in my February book journal 📓✨

The final entries, the honest ratings, and the books that really stuck with me this month.

There’s something about seeing it all written down that makes the reading feel complete.

📚 Which one do you think earned the highest rating?

👀 Did you catch Part 1?

#bookishalgorithm #bookjournal #februaryreads #lemon8reads

2/23 Edited to

... Read moreKeeping a book journal has truly deepened my reading experience, especially this February. Writing down each book's title, my thoughts, and the ratings makes the whole reading journey more tangible and satisfying. The act of reflection helps me appreciate the nuances of each book, from plot twists to character development. In this journal update, I included a diverse mix of genres, including nonfiction which offered quick, insightful coffee break reads. These short but impactful books were great for moments when I wanted to relax yet keep my mind engaged. One book titled "LEISC Silvar" really stood out for me—it challenged my perspectives and stayed with me long after reading. I also found it rewarding to track reading progress visually, marking 'One square claimed!' in my journal for each completed book. This small ritual kept me motivated throughout the month. For anyone considering starting a book journal, I highly recommend choosing a format that encourages honesty in ratings and personal reflections. It's not about perfection but capturing what each book meant to you. Plus, revisiting past entries can spark new insights or remind you of overlooked gems. Finally, parting with my February reads feels complete now that all entries are in place. It’s wonderful to see a month’s worth of stories and learning laid out—a testament to the joy of reading continuously. If you’ve caught Part 1 of my book journal, this continuation will show you how my opinions evolved and which books earned the highest praise.
