I conquered the stairmaster today for a full 30 minutes 😱. That’s by far the longest I have gone on that thing and what a workout!! If I ever need to climb 119 flights of stairs I’ll be good!! 😂 Here’s to another great week of 75 Hard 👏🏻👏🏻
