Why You’re Always Tired (and How I Fixed It

If you constantly feel tired, anxious, bloated, or wired-but-exhausted… you’re not broken.

You’re likely running on stress hormones and cold brew—just like I was.

I used to think I just needed more discipline. Less food. More workouts. Another espresso.

But what I really needed was to support my body instead of constantly fighting it.

Here are 5 cortisol-friendly habits that finally helped me feel better:

1️⃣ Eat 30g+ of protein within 30–60 minutes of waking.

Helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce energy crashes, and lower cortisol spikes.

2️⃣ Avoid screens for the first 30 minutes.

Your nervous system needs time to settle. Starting your day grounded changes everything.

3️⃣ Get 10–15 minutes of sunlight + light movement.

This tells your body it’s safe. It resets your circadian rhythm and lowers inflammation.

4️⃣ Hydrate before caffeine—and add minerals.

Most of us are depleted. Your adrenals need support, not more stress first thing in the morning.

5️⃣ Stop overtraining.

Walking, Pilates, and low-impact movement are hormone GOLD. I swapped intense workouts for gentler routines and watched my symptoms improve fast.

These small shifts helped me feel calmer, more energized, and finally like me again.

✨ Drop “CORTISOL” + follow me and I’ll send you the exact drink I use that helped me stop running on fumes and finally get results.

You always feel stuck but You don’t know Why👇
You keep saying you’re stuck. But deep down, you know it’s not about laziness. It’s about feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t recognize your patterns, but you don’t know how to escape them either. You’re tired of repeating the same cycles — the starting, the stopping, the spiraling.
