How I started healing: ⬇️

I spent years feeling miserable, and struggled with stress, overwhelm. I was carrying extra weight and fat in my stomach, my face was round, easily overstimulated, needed daily naps, and was laying awake at night w/ racing thoughts, waking up from 2-3 AM and craving sugar and carbs.

I tried everything that was suggested and when they didn’t work, I ended up feeling like giving up.

I had horrible brain fog that I was just trying to make it through my day.

I knew I was experiencing high cortisol and needed to add something that supported healthy cortisol levels in order to lose weight and get my health back.

My friend knew how much I was struggling and shared a duo with me that supports healthy cortisol and hormone levels and it changed my life.

Within 3 days of adding this, I began feeling significantly better. I finally started losing weight, my face slimmed, my anxiousness stopped and my brain fog cleared. I’m sleeping amazing, and I have motivation again, like I never had before!

I had more patience and was no longer feeling overwhelmed.

If you’re hesitant that this will work for you, I completely understand because this is how I felt too! I can’t even imagine going back to how I used to feel; so grateful I decided to try this, and give it a chance. I am finally down 27lbs after being stuck for so long, and I feel like ME again

If you’re tired of struggling, this may be the answer for you too!!

... Read moreDealing with chronic stress and its physical symptoms can be incredibly challenging, and my experience with high cortisol was no different. I remember waking up in the early hours with racing thoughts, craving carbs and sugar, and struggling through brain fog daily. Before finding a solution, I tried multiple approaches to reduce stress and lose weight, from adjusting my diet to experimenting with different exercise routines, but nothing provided lasting change. What truly made a difference was learning about how cortisol—the hormone released in response to stress—affects our body’s ability to maintain weight and mental clarity. High cortisol not only disrupts sleep patterns but also promotes fat storage, particularly around the stomach area. By introducing natural supplements that support healthy cortisol and hormone balance, I was able to finally break through the plateau I had been stuck at for so long. Within days, I noticed a decrease in anxious thoughts, clearer focus, and better energy levels, which motivated me to maintain these healthier habits. Beyond the physical changes like losing 27 pounds and seeing a slimmer face, I gained something even more valuable: peace of mind and patience. Learning that my symptoms were tied to hormone imbalance helped me approach healing with greater self-compassion and realistic expectations. For anyone struggling to manage stress-related weight gain or fatigue, consider that hormonal support might be the missing link. Alongside lifestyle changes such as consistent sleep schedules, mindfulness practices, and balanced nutrition, integrating cortisol-supportive supplements was a game-changer for me. Of course, consult a healthcare provider before starting anything new, but sometimes finding the right combination can restore your health and quality of life, just like it did for me.
