Additionally, I prioritized my sleep hygiene by sticking to a consistent bedtime and minimizing screen time before bed, which greatly reduced those 2–3 AM awakenings and sugar cravings. Supplementing with adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha or rhodiola also provided noticeable benefits for hormone balance, helping to stabilize mood and energy levels without harsh stimulants. Of course, maintaining a balanced diet with whole foods, rich in fiber and healthy fats, supported my thyroid function and overall metabolic health.
