I used to think I just needed more discipline.

Eat less.

Work out harder.

Push through exhaustion.

But nothing changed.

For a long time I blamed myself.

I thought I just needed more willpower.

What I didn’t realize was that my body was stuck in stress mode.

When cortisol stays elevated for too long, it can look like:

• waking up exhausted

• stubborn belly fat that won’t budge

• constant bloating

• anxiety or feeling overwhelmed

• snapping at people you love

• intense sugar cravings

• feeling wired at night but exhausted during the day

When I finally started focusing on supporting my body instead of constantly stressing it out, everything began to shift.

My energy improved.

My mood stabilized.

My sleep got deeper.

And my body finally started responding.

This isn’t about another diet.
