I need to tell you this story.

because I know you’re out there.

the woman who got burned.

who gave everything she had.

who built something real.

and then watched someone else tear it down.

I was running hard.

I was all in.

and the person who was supposed to be leading me was slowly suffocating everything I was building.

texts at all hours of the night.

calls constantly.

pressure that never stopped.

and a voice in my ear telling me I was never doing enough.

I sat down in a nail salon one afternoon trying to take one single hour for myself.

and she told me I didn’t have time for that.

so I walked away.

and I swore I would never do this again.

and then I found this company.

and I realized for the first time that what I experienced wasn’t the industry.

it was the wrong person.

real leadership feels nothing like that.

it feels like finally being able to breathe.

if that story sounds familiar, follow me for more and comment BURNED below.

I built something with the exact opposite of everything I experienced.

and I want to show you what that looks like. 🤍

4/28 Edited to

... Read moreExperiencing toxic leadership firsthand can be devastating, especially when you're fully committed to your goals. I’ve been there too—juggling late-night texts, constant calls, and unrelenting pressure that made me feel like I was never enough. The phrase "she texted me at all hours of the night" hits close to home because it highlights how invasive and exhausting such leadership can be. What struck me most was how this negativity affected my personal well-being. I remember sitting in a nail salon trying to carve out just one hour for myself, only to be told I didn’t deserve that time. It wasn’t just about the work; it was about losing control over my own life and feeling suffocated by expectations that weren’t aligned with my values or growth. The turning point came when I discovered a company—and a leadership approach—that reinforced the importance of respect, balance, and empowerment. For the first time, leadership felt like a breath of fresh air rather than a source of anxiety. Real leaders uplift, inspire, and allow you to thrive without compromising your personal boundaries. If you’ve ever felt this way—burned out and undermined by the very people who should have your back—you’re not alone. Finding supportive leadership can transform your journey, help you reclaim your energy, and build something truly authentic and lasting. To anyone caught in a similar situation, my advice is this: prioritize your mental health and recognize your worth. Don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for taking care of yourself or setting boundaries. Healthy leadership fosters growth, not guilt; encouragement, not pressure. Remember, the industry itself isn’t toxic—it’s the people and leadership styles that can be. When you find leaders who genuinely support you, the path to financial freedom and personal success becomes clearer and more fulfilling. This is my hope and commitment: to share what true leadership looks like, so others can experience the freedom to breathe and thrive.
