In my coaching experience, I've seen that motivation and structured training are crucial for maximizing effectiveness—whether in creative AI projects or in sales. Just like how I helped students grasp Sora 2 by breaking down each step, training salesforces benefits from clear direction and ongoing encouragement. A motivated team learns faster and applies knowledge better. To enhance salesforce effectiveness, regular workshops and interactive sessions can foster skills similarly to my coaching method. Incentives and recognition also play a big role in sustaining motivation. In training, using real-life examples and hands-on practice—as I did with students practicing visual storytelling—helps deepen understanding. Similarly, incorporating role-plays and scenario-based learning for sales personnel can boost engagement and retention. Ultimately, combining the right tools with structured support and motivation leads to more confident, skilled performers—be it in AI creative projects or sales teams.
