Thinking about some of my accomplishments from last year, one of which becoming a runner and completing a half marathon! 13 freakin miles in Brooklyn NY.

while training to accomplish this goal, I overcame looking for #motivation and found #consistency & #determination ; when motivation fails you lean into consistency that’s what will keep you going, regarding to anything in life! Take this as your sign to get started and KEEP GOING!
