Tips on how I stayed in shape ✨
Not only is taking a mental break a whole key tip in itself but it’s something of luxury and taken very much for granted… with being consistent is there not a fine line to burn out ?! Being OPTIMAL is necessary for full functionality and taking breaks is 🔑
🫰🏽vitamins.. easy when organized (vitamin capsule)
🫰🏽prioritize cardio.. anything you can do to move your body
🫰🏽protein to MAINTAIN muscle mass
🫰🏽don’t stop flexing.. open that jar of jelly with your biceps
🫰🏽sleep !
🫰🏽aim for atleast 2L of water a day or calculate your water intake with this method —-> body weight/2 = oz water
