Ingredients
* 1 bag of Tater Tots
* Bacon (4-5 stripes)
* 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
* 1 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
* 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
* Crèma Sauce
* 3/4 cup Sour Cream
* Juice from 1/2 Lime (use more lime juice if needed)
* Chives to garnish
Instructions
* On a baking sheet bake the tater tots per package instructions
* In the same oven cook your bacon until it is crispy
* While the tots and bacon are in the oven shred your cheddar cheese and prepare the crèma sauce
* When done baking season your tots with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
* Chop your bacon into pieces for sprinkling
* Assemble your loaded tots in a baking pan by laying your tots down and sprinkling cheese & bacon over the top
* At bake 425 degrees until the cheese is melted (roughly 5-10 minutes)
* Once done drizzle the crèma sauce atop and garnish with chives
