I love an easy Slow Cooker meal, so I knew this BBQ Chicken Flatbread would be so easy & delicious!
🏋🏻♀️ MACROS:
Servings - 4
Calories per serving - 391 (half of a flatbread)
Protein per serving - 48 g
Ingredients:
▪️1 lb chicken breast
▪️@Kinder's Flavors Woodfired Garlic seasoning
▪️6 tbsp G. Hughes sugar free bbq sauce
▪️6 tbsp your favorite bbq sauce
▪️2 Joseph’s Lavash Flatbreads
▪️4 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
▪️Red onion (sliced)
▪️Optional: Pineapple chunks
Directions:
▪️Season chicken & place in slow cooker (optional: sear it first for more flavor)
▪️Use half of your bbq sauce to cover chicken. Slow cooker on low 6 hours.
▪️Shred chicken.
▪️Bake lavash flatbreads at 375 for 3 mins.
▪️Brush the remaining bbq sauce, add shredded chicken, red onions, and pineapple chunks.
▪️Add mozzarella cheese & bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted!
