BREAKFAST FOR THE WEEK IN MINUTES 👏🏻🍎
What you need: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1,2 cup greek yogurt 1 tosp chia seeds 2 tsp honey 1/2 cup apples, chopped Cinnamon 1/4 cup apple sauce 1/2 cup milk Optional: to get even more protein add a 1/2 to a full scoop of vanilla protein powder and use 3/4 cup milk instead of a half cup
