💪🏻 "Life will never fail if we don't quit."
Do you ever feel... maybe we're like people in the middle of the way -
Too senior to learn, too junior to lead.
😰 I was in my 40s, like, number two all along, thinking, "Money doesn't care," because I'm sure the biggest company is the most stable... until one day the company closes down.
By then, it was realized that none of the jobs were really stable, the only thing that was solid was the knowledge and experience we had accumulated with us.
👩🏻🦰 because the company I believe is the most stable can still shut down - the world taught me that nothing is really stable.
At the time, I thought... well, wait for the package, but over time, the process keeps stretching.
The boss even urged the CV update knowing I had a heavy family burden.
👱🏻♀️ until an old friend invited me to try the Head of Compliance interview - both where I had never been a Head before and a full five-year absence from a job interview.
I had two days to prepare, turned on YouTube, listened to mock interview compliance, and when it was time to interview 10 people, I said:
"I've never been Head, but I'm confident I can."
👨🏻🎓 and finally, I got this job for almost two years.
The twist and turn of life has allowed me to step out of the comfort zone, from someone who thinks "Keep quiet and keep quiet, it's good" to a Head of Compliance who faces the responsibilities I used to fear (but less afraid of no money).
The Twist and Turn of Life taught me that there are no stable jobs, but what we always carry is knowledge, experience, and encouragement not to give up.
I don't have an answer for anyone, I just want to share the experience directly, in case it will encourage anyone who is also experiencing a turning point. 💆🏻♀️

🌞 Don't Quit. 🌈
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,

When care is pressing you down a bit - rest if you must, but don't you quito.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a fellow turns about when he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up, though, the pace seems slow - you may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than it seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the copler has given up when he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out - the silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And when you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hard hit - it's when things seem worst, you must not quite.
