What I eat for weight loss
So on this day, I did a great job of keeping things balanced. I knew that today is one of the days that we will eat out so I kept it simple for breakfast and lunch. Now keeping it simple does not mean starving yourself or eating food that you really don’t care for. It just means keep it light and be mindful, especially depending on how crazy you plan on getting for dinner lol.
