Quick protein snack idea for weightloss
As I’ve said in many of my other posts, I am a huge snacker. Sundays, I’m so busy that I literally will snack more than I eat. But with holiday season coming up, I am trying to get a better grip on my snacking. I’m already gonna gain at least 3 or 4 pounds from Thanksgiving alone 😮💨😹😹😹😹!
I like to make this tuna salad at the beginning of the week and eat it over the course of 2-3 days. You can of course add whatever you like but the only thing I use is eggs, tuna, and pickles with a little bit of mustard. It’s low calorie and high protein and much better than a lot of the processed snacks that we usually eat.
Try this and let me know how you like it. 🫶🏽
