How to become unrecognizable this year
Remember a small steps make dramatic changes overtime. Imagine if you locked in now where you would be by the end of December. Start off with working out 3 to 4 times a week now that can be lifting weights or Pilates or CrossFit or hit classes or whatever you have access to and whatever floats your boat. But you need to be doing some type of resistance or strength training 3 to 4 times a week. Now we are not going to neglect cardio so in addition to those 3 to 4 days, we need to make sure that we are hitting 12,000 steps daily. Go for a walk in the morning in the afternoon on your lunch break. Do some extra work around the house whatever you need to do get those steps in.
Nutrition is also such a big part of changing your body. It all starts with making better choices and finding a way to increase the protein and lower the calories/fat/sodium/sugar in the meals and snacks that you already eat.
Please stop neglecting gut health, some of the foods that we like to eat leave us so inflamed and bloated. Be sure to take probiotics and probiotics daily.
