Recipes 💟
1) Iced Matcha Latte (classic + creamy)
You need: 1–2 tsp matcha, 2 oz hot water, ice, 8–10 oz milk (oat/dairy), 1–2 tsp vanilla or honey
Make it: Whisk matcha + hot water until smooth → fill glass with ice + milk + sweetener → pour matcha on top.
2) Strawberry Matcha Latte (pink + sweet)
You need: 4–5 strawberries (or 3 tbsp strawberry purée), 1–2 tsp matcha, 2 oz hot water, ice, 8 oz milk, 1–2 tsp honey/vanilla
Make it: Blend/mash strawberries + sweetener → add to glass → ice + milk → top with whisked matcha.
3) Mango Matcha (tropical + creamy)
You need: 3 tbsp mango purée (or ¼ cup mango nectar), 1–2 tsp matcha, 2 oz hot water, ice, 8 oz milk or coconut milk, 1 tsp honey (optional)
Make it: Add mango purée to glass → ice + milk → whisk matcha + hot water → pour on top.
4) Honey Lavender Matcha (soft + luxe)
You need: 1–2 tsp matcha, 2 oz hot water, ice, 8 oz milk, lavender honey (1 tbsp honey + 1–2 tsp lavender syrup OR pinch culinary lavender steeped in hot water then strained)
Make it: Add lavender honey to glass → ice + milk → top with whisked matcha → sprinkle dried lavender (optional).
