Things I Was Scared To Start
Some of the things changing my life right now are the exact things I almost talked myself out of doing.
Starting the business.
Walking into new rooms.
Showing up online.
Taking my health seriously again.
Choosing myself without guilt.
None of it felt comfortable at first.
Most of it felt scary, honestly.
But growth will almost always ask you to move before you feel fully ready. And maybe that’s the point.
Maybe the life you want is built in the moments where you decide to start anyway. 🤍
You can do it too.

Taking the leap into the unknown was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I remember facing the fear of starting a new business, stepping into unfamiliar social settings, and even simply showing up authentically online. It was daunting, and many times I questioned if I was ready or capable. What I’ve realized through this journey is that fear doesn’t have to be a stop sign—it can be a signal that you’re pushing beyond your comfort zone, which is where real growth happens. For me, the moment I decided to take small yet consistent steps forward, despite my doubts, I began to build momentum. Walking into new rooms became less intimidating each time, and my confidence grew along with my network and skills. Reclaiming my health was another huge challenge. Facing old habits and making serious changes took courage, but it reminded me that self-care is not selfish—it's essential. Choosing myself without guilt meant setting boundaries and prioritizing what truly serves my well-being. If you’re standing at the edge of something new and feeling scared, know that you’re not alone. Growth often demands action before readiness, and that’s precisely the point of the journey. Your future self will thank you for starting despite fear. So, take a deep breath, say “READY” to yourself, and step forward. Whether it’s a business idea, a new social circle, enhancing your health, or any goal you’ve hesitated to pursue, beginning is the hardest part—but also the most rewarding. Keep showing up, and watch yourself transform.
