The wrong risk. M157 cases for the army to decide for itself.
Fuadi Pissuwan, a former foreign affairs adviser to the far-reaching party, expressed concern for the Prime Minister's wording reflecting the idea of the military deciding on key strategic issues.
Because the army is not linked to the people, unlike the representative who, if made a mistake, will be punished by the people in the next election, pointing out the words of the risk of omission of duty, or M157.
By Fuadi posted a personal Facebook message stating as follows:

It is very worrying that the Prime Minister said this (see that other MPs also say this)....But what should be is that by working together under the civilian control principle of the military, decisions on key strategic issues should be placed within the authority of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence, while the military is responsible for offering options with both advantages and disadvantages, and executing the Battle in accordance with the agreed and assigned strategies and goals.
The main reason is that civil government is an institution linked to the people. If it makes a mistake, it has accountability to the people. Because the people can express their disagreement and punish it through elections (or if they agree, choose this party to be the next government). In contrast, we do not go to elections to choose whether to change the military director who makes a decision or to make a mistake in any case, the military itself should not be comfortable with the prime minister throwing responsibility in this way.
Worried if the PM thinks this way...If the words are excerpted to the point of distortion and misunderstanding, they want to be explained clearly because they randomly risk abstaining from duty (M.157, the Penal Code) and violating the Ministry of Defence Administration Act.
