Skettee measured the contract after the BMA raised the price of the green line.
On November 2, 2025, Sklthi Phatthiykul, former deputy governor of the BMA Post Facebook, commented to the Bangkok case to raise the fare price of the Green Line Extension, questioning the possibility of reducing the fare price to 25-30 baht, as Governor Chachchan had campaigned, criticizing that paying off BTS debt of more than 7 billion baht if implemented earlier could save 20,000-30 billion baht - a budget that could be used to build one more electric line.

Ao, hey... not like what we talked about.
Ask as a Bangkok person when the fare will be 25-30 baht????????
There have been two news stories that have directly affected the Bangkok brothers, but they may not be very widespread because other news is hotter, but they would like to brief the Bangkok brothers and sisters as follows:
1.BTS Prices fares on the Green Line Extension. According to the Bangkok announcement (set by Bangkok = the governor of BMA must agree)
Let's say that if we are not students, students or seniors, we only have to pay a fare for the extension of the Chatterbox - Kookuk / Nut - Housing / Great Roundabout - Bang Wo. From the original to 15 baht for the entire line (only the extension), we have to pay 17-45 baht... Mother Chao, but if we sit across the line, the whole line will be paid no more than 65 baht.
2. Bangkok has exhausted the debt to BTS by dividing it into three instalments. The last instalment was paid on October 30, 2025. The total amount was 74,232 million baht, divided into a principal of 62,451 million baht, interest of 11,781 million baht, as well as construction, signaling, transportation and maintenance expenses, etc.
The details can be found on the Facebook of Able Rajasthan. This is the top guru in Thailand. (Thank you for the information)
From now on, this is something I would like to share. Presumably, I have to talk about my position on this matter first, that I personally agree to make public transport prices cheaper because it will encourage more people to apply to road traffic and also reduce the cost of the lives of the people's brothers... but must not be too burdensome and subsidize other parts of the budget. The price reduction should reflect the actual cost, perhaps by negotiating with the concession holder or buying back the concession to the state by paying a single balance and setting a new price at all.
If you remember, Governor Shachchan once campaigned to reduce the fare immediately to 25-30 baht (if I remember correctly the last letter of Channel 3), but when he was given the position of governor, he changed it to an average of 8-11 stations. I remember saying that the initial entry fee was 16 baht. That price is unlikely. If the longest run is almost 70 kilometers, how can it be reduced to 25-30 baht? At 50 baht, there is a loss.
Today, starting Nov. 1, 68, just green, the extension is 17 to 45 baht. This does not count the central green. This cannot push the burden on BTS, because to raise the price of the extension in Bangkok = the BMA governor must agree and announce it.
The other thing is to pay BTS 70,000 million baht. I appreciate the governor. Part of the debt is paid out. But if you go to the gut and determine the payment period, if you do it sooner, without waiting for the final year of your tenure, the BMA governor will save the accumulated budget to pay, just a round number. It should reach about 20,000 to 30,000 million baht (the number may not be accurate, but it should be about this).
The above figures are cut only from the continuous journey of more than three years + interest and expenses in the days of Governor Chachchan. You can see that this part can be used to build one more electric line in Bangkok. You can see the numbers, but unfortunately... a lot of money to be used in other areas.
And I would like to ask the Bangkok people, would the fare be 25 to 30 baht, as when the governor was campaigning???Because now the extension is 17 to 45 baht.
P.S. The numbers may not be exactly exact, but they do not escape the writing. Should have to see a detailed document to calculate more directly.

Most recently, on the morning of November 3, Mr. Sgthi posted an additional message: "I'm surprised I didn't see any reaction from the Bangkok congressman's party on the increase in the price of the electric train," with a hashtag of 25-30 baht not existing.
