So Cardi is right about it this whole time...

Nicki Minaj just popped back up on Instagram, and she’s firing off about her Amex getting hit with charges she swears she never authorized.

Now, we are able to piece things together. Cardi B talked about Kenneth Petty might be using drugs to sedate Nicki so he can sneakily run up her Amex bill. Between these random charges and all the drama, it’s hard not to wonder. Is Nicki Minaj going broke?
