Our Daily Story today may be a little long.

There have been many stories, good and bad, and many frustrations, and many unexpected ones.

ศิริราชSo today I'm sitting down and thinking about all the chaos that's going on this week and wanting to share a trick of how to deal with the disappointment over and over again, to be able to keep moving on and focus on the new things that need to be done.

Last week, we had to go to the hospital every day with an appointment, an appointment for blood procedures, both at the Nursing Hospital and Siriraj Hospital, as well as to contact other agencies to complete their own treatment.

Of course, everything didn't go as smoothly as my heart thought. What we looked forward to and intended to do was often hindered by the inability to do it. A little disappointment started accumulating before it grew bigger and bigger. If it had been before, I would have been more distressed and thought why everything didn't go according to the plan.

But one of the things that made me realize that I had changed was that whenever I experienced a disappointment, I was more silent and accepting than questioning why it had to happen to us again, trying to see that everything that happened was always good, that this thing we missed might have something good ahead of us.

Believe it? Just as I started to change my mind a little, I was able to continue to enjoy my life without anything stumbling or hitting my mind.

This is another thing to thank for cancer, which has taught me to live a lot easier, to enjoy my surroundings well, even when it comes to how bad it is, it makes me much quieter than before, trying to use my brain to think, find a way out and find comfort as quickly as possible.

The other thing that changed my mind after cancer was that I felt that the person who wins on this planet is not the person who has the money overflow, not the perfect life, the luxury lifestyle, but the person who is happier than the person who wins.

As the book Four Thousand Weeks once wrote, there is not much time for a person, if we pay attention to or see suffering, we will not be able to see happiness on the way.

In my own experience, I focused on my goals and set my goals very high with life. I never looked at flowers or nature on the side of the road, put my efforts to conquer the peaks. But then there was something that knocked me down along the way. That seemed like an obstacle. But looking carefully, it was something that gave me a break and began to see the beauty around me more clearly. I saw people who loved us more clearly, saw more concrete happiness and a new view of a better life.

I think we all come down to the game of life and leave the world soon or soon, and the most important thing may be the time on this planet, how we choose to see the world, how we choose to live.

I've been complaining for a long time. My busy week has just ended. Even though it's been chaotic, I feel good in my heart that it's progressing even more. It's better than it's stopping. At least it's one step towards the goal. If we don't rush everything to happen as we hope, we'll be less distressed by expectations. If we look for the good in life, we'll see all the good things around us. If we know letting go, don't stick around, we'll be light, we won't have a back or we won't have to carry a lump of gray all the time.

Some of the things we expect to die are not what we hoped for, but some of the things we didn't expect are as if God gave them by his own hand, so let everything go what it should.
