Creamy rice pudding

160g pudding rice

150g sugar

4oz butter

31/2 pints of milk

1/2 pint double cream

Nutmeg optional

Add rice to cooking dish

Add sugar and milk, butter and nutmeg

Oven 160 or 150 fan

Cook for two hours stir after the first 30 mins

Once cooked slowly stir in your cream

Top with a dollop of jam and enjoy x
