🤍 My Story: In fourth grade I started getting caught up in beauty standards and it was not fun. Then in 6th grade all my physical pain started. Aches, pinches, vertigo, and I still have not been diagnosed with anything.

🤍 How I Felt: obviously this made me feel gross ugly and overall bad. So I decided to dress up, be happy, push through and suddenly the sun came back and the pain was gone.

🤍 My Takeaways: Ultimately mindset controls your looks and feels so feel good, look good, and you’ll be good. If you think someone should do something about something be that person. do it. Speak out. Quote me on my next sentence. Empower you to empower them.
