Easy Porkchops🍽️

Ingredients:

Pork chops

Corn

Gravy

Breadcrumbs

Oil

Eggs

Green beans

Milk

Recipe:

1. Start out by laying out your batter materials. Beat 3-4 eggs and add dash of milk and stir.

2. I chose not to dip in flour but just a layer of egg batter and breadcrumbs (already pre seasoned).

3. Dry pork chops with paper towel and then beat down til flatten well with knife. Almost in grid pattern. If you have meat mallet to flatten even better. Dip in egg batter and then breadcrumbs.

4. Put oil in either deep pan or pot and wait until oil is hot. I check by dipping a drop of batter in. Place pork chops in until golden brown. I normally flipped each side every 2-3 minutes. Should cook no longer than 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your meat. Mine was really thin so only took about 3-4 minutes all together.

5. Let meat dry on rack or plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

6. I boiled my corn for 5-10 minutes and had canned green beans I popped in the microwave for 4 minutes.

7. Mash potatoes i made myself and easiest to chop into small pieces to book for 12-15 minutes or 20-30 minutes if thicker cuts. Then, dash of milk, seasonings, chunk of butter and mixed with a hand mixer until smooth.

8. Gravy I just bought from the packet and followed their instructions.

Marinating your pork chops in your favorite spices can enhance the flavor even before cooking. If you want to add a twist, try incorporating herbs like rosemary or thyme into your breadcrumb coating. For side dishes, consider adding a fresh salad or baked sweet potatoes to complement your meal. Dipping sauces like mustard or a homemade barbecue sauce can also elevate your dish! Lastly, don't forget about presentation; a sprinkle of fresh parsley on your pork chops just before serving can add color and freshness to your dinner plate.
