Decided to start cooking food inspired by my favorite anime. It is in the works but wanted to share small sneak peak of the ingredients I use. Once I prefect the recipes I would love to share them with everyone :)

I found this stew super delicious and easy to make. Healthy as well with a balance of veggies to meat ratio. I reserved the liquid stock as homemade beef and veggie broth and froze for later use!
