Sleepy Tea Recipe ☕️💤

Another night where I am literally awake for some reason at 3am.

After laying there for awhile I decide to make myself some tea (special tea).

Basically it’s just 16oz of water, a melatonin chamomile and mint tea bag, 4oz of oat milk, and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.

The oat flavor with the chamomile and mint 👩🏾‍🍳💋

I’m sleep within 15 minutes. Overall rating: 10/10
