This is the VaLJean Labs Hydrate Hyaluronic Acid+Witch Hazel Eye & Face Makeup Remover.
I found this at T.J.Maxx and it was really affordable (like $4.99 I think fora 18 fl oz bottle) so I wanted to try this out. I needed a makeup remover so I used it up, but I absolutely hated this. Notice the link for this is from ebay - I literally cannot find a working link for this anywhere. It doesn't seem to be sold anymore and thank goodness for that. This is easily top 3 worst makeup removers I've ever used. This is supposed to be hydrating - it says it has hyaluronic acid in it, but I don't know where it was. It also says it has witch hazel which I defienetly believe! This dried out my skin and made it feel so tight. It burned my eyes trying to remove my eye makeup. It didn't break me out thankfully, but it also didn't do a good job removing my makeup. If I just used this to remover my makeup and didn't wash my face with a cleanser after, I woke up the next morning with a breakout. The packing on this was also terrible. You could push your reusable makeup wipe into the top and the liquid would squirt into the pad, which is great in theory. But if you push too hard it squirts ALL over the place, not even soaking into the pad even though the pad is right on top. Everything about this was terrible.

Hydrating makeup removers without irritants, or micellar waters formulated specifically for sensitive skin, may be better options. Additionally, eye makeup removers designed specifically for that delicate area tend to be more soothing and less likely to cause burning. Ultimately, affordability is attractive but should not compromise skin health or efficacy. Prioritizing gentle, effective ingredients and well-thought-out packaging can dramatically improve your makeup-removal routine and skin comfort.
