Mikayla said buy it so I bought it and this is hands down the BEST liquid liner I have ever tried - and it is literally $4.99!!! It does not budge ALL day!! Sweat, tears - doesn't matter. It won't move. I wish this came in a felt tip pen instead of the dip packaging, but when a product is this cheap and works this well I am not about to complain. But I will say the packaging makes this harder to apply, it's not as precise and it can be a little messy. But this is better than any high end liquid eyeliner I've ever tried. And it dries down really fast which I love. This liner is also VERY black, I don't like my liners to be like a grey-black or faded black. This is jet black and I love it. This is a forever repurchase for me!!
