This is the Glamnetic Brush-On Nail Glue. BEST NAIL GLUE EVER!!! I exclusively use press on nails, and this is the ONLY nail glue I will use! The hold this has is insane! My nails - regardless of the quality of the nail itself (I literally only get my nails from TEMU & SHEIN) - will not come off until I remove them. I never lose a nail - EVER! I absolutely love this nail glue. And the bottle lasts forever. I go through these so often but their never in my empties because if I get low I put it in my purse for on the go “just in case I lose a nail”, but that never happens because this glue is SO strong. I get mine from Amazon and Ulta and it's under $8!!
... Read moreOkay, so you've heard I rave about Glamnetic Brush-On Nail Glue, but let's dive deeper into why it's my absolute holy grail, especially since many of you are looking for honest reviews! I know the original post mentioned the insane hold, but let me tell you, it's all about the application for truly maximizing that staying power.
First things first, prep is key! Before I even think about applying the glue, I always make sure my natural nails are clean, dry, and lightly buffed. This creates a slightly rough surface for the glue to adhere to, making a huge difference. I also use an alcohol wipe or nail dehydrator to remove any natural oils – trust me, this step is non-negotiable for me if I want my press-ons to last for weeks.
Now for the glue itself: this 7 mL / 0.24 fl. oz. brush-on nail adhesive is a dream to work with. Unlike those messy squeeze tubes, the brush allows for a super even, thin layer of glue on both your natural nail and the back of the press-on. I apply a thin coat to my natural nail, then a slightly more generous dot to the press-on where it will meet my cuticle, then gently press it down, holding firmly for about 15-20 seconds. This method ensures maximum contact and minimal air bubbles, which are often the culprits behind nails popping off prematurely.
And what about removal, you ask? Because if it's that strong, how do you get them off without wrecking your nails? This is where patience comes in! I never, ever peel or pry my press-ons off. Instead, I soak my hands in warm, soapy water with a bit of cuticle oil for about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil in the water help too. After soaking, I gently use an orange wood stick or a cuticle pusher to carefully lift the edges. They usually slide right off, leaving my natural nails completely unharmed. This glue allows for surprisingly gentle removal if you do it right, which is a huge plus for someone like me who loves to switch up their nail looks without salon damage.
In terms of longevity, I can genuinely wear my TEMU and SHEIN press-ons for 1-2 weeks with this glue, even through daily tasks like washing dishes, typing, and all my usual activities. The fact that a single bottle, which is super affordable under $8, lasts me so many applications is just incredible value. It truly lives up to its "best nail glue ever" claim, providing salon-quality hold right at home without the hefty price tag. If you're tired of your press-ons popping off, seriously, give this Glamnetic brush-on glue a try. You won't regret it!
