As someone who has been passionate about eyeshadow palettes for years, I can say that finding a palette like The Balm's What’s The Tea? Hot Tea is a real gem despite it being discontinued. What I love most about this palette, beyond its adorable packaging, is the versatility offered by the combination of matte and shimmer shades.
