Instant treatment of fungal acne

Is there any other effective way to get rid of fungal acne, if you are troubled by this question, then today I will recommend you an affordable and effective product

A product I've recently tried is great for getting rid of bumps and textures on my forehead - benzoyl peroxide acne cleanser

What it does: Benzoyl peroxide is an effective treatment for fungal acne. Benzoyl peroxide reduces bacterial levels, reduces inflammation, blocks the acne cycle, helps remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, and prevents pores from becoming clogged.

Directions: Squeeze a small amount of product into your hands to lather, then follow your cleansing routine to proceed, after cleansing, apply benzoyl peroxide acne cream, apply a thick or thin outer layer to the affected area, let the product be absorbed, forming a film formula, you need to tear it off after it dries, and then rinse with water.

Repeat this for 5 days and you will see effective results!

This product was planted by me on tiktok. Although it is a new brand, I also made a bold attempt to see the good endorsement, because my acne has broken out repeatedly for many years, and the final result is also satisfactory. I hope you can choose it as your first choice for acne treatment after my attempt achieved good results.

In case you can't find it, I'm putting the link here

... Read moreDealing with persistent bumps on your forehead can be truly frustrating, especially when regular acne treatments don't seem to work. This is often the tell-tale sign of fungal acne, or Malassezia folliculitis, which is quite different from bacterial acne, and understanding that distinction is your first step towards clearer skin! Unlike typical acne caused by bacteria and excess oil, fungal acne is actually due to an overgrowth of a yeast (Malassezia) that naturally lives on our skin. It often presents as small, uniform, itchy bumps, especially common on the forehead, chest, and back. This is why traditional acne washes and creams might not help, and sometimes can even make it worse by disrupting the skin's natural balance. So, when people ask about 'fungal acne vs normal acne comparison,' the key is the culprit: yeast versus bacteria. Now, you might be wondering, 'does benzoyl peroxide work on fungal acne?' While benzoyl peroxide is primarily known for its antibacterial properties against regular acne, its efficacy for fungal acne lies in its ability to create an oxygen-rich environment, which is unfavorable for the anaerobic Malassezia yeast. Plus, its exfoliating effects help clear dead skin cells, preventing clogged pores and reducing inflammation, which is fantastic for those small white bumps. My personal experience with a benzoyl peroxide foaming cleanser and topical treatment showed significant 'before after' results, truly an instant remedy for my forehead woes. Beyond benzoyl peroxide, there are other ingredients that many find helpful. For instance, you might have heard about 'head and shoulders for acne.' This refers to using anti-dandruff shampoos containing zinc pyrithione, which has antifungal properties, as a short-contact mask or cleanser. I’ve seen this strategy work wonders for some! Similarly, 'azelaic acid for fungal acne' is another popular query. Azelaic acid is a gentle exfoliant and anti-inflammatory agent that can help normalize skin cell turnover and reduce redness, making it a great addition to a fungal acne routine, even if it’s not directly antifungal. My routine involved consistently using a benzoyl peroxide foaming cleanser, as shown in the OCR, followed by applying a film-forming topical treatment. This focused ‘fungal acne treatment routine’ helped me reduce the facial pustules and achieve a smoother forehead. Remember, consistency is key, and listening to your skin is paramount. Always be gentle when applying any topical treatment, and give it time to work its magic. It's truly amazing how finding the right product, like a good quality white tube of topical treatment, can make such a difference in tackling those stubborn bumps and reducing acne and inflammation!
