Here’s my story ✨

Hi, my name is Indya 👋🏽

And honestly… fitness saved me.

After I had my son, I went through postnatal depression & anxiety that left me feeling lost. The gym became my safe space — I actually started out as just a member (wild to think 😂) and ended up working for one of the country’s biggest gym chains.

That taught me so much, but the real transformation came when I realised lifting was giving me myself back.

Now I’m a competing athlete 🏋🏽‍♀️🔥 and the proud founder of Strong Girls Lift, a space for women to feel strong, confident & unstoppable. Fitness isn’t just about the weights — it’s about building resilience, finding your identity again, and proving to yourself what’s possible.
