Working as a delivery driver requires long hours and physical endurance, which naturally complements an active lifestyle. However, it also means battling fatigue and unpredictable schedules. I found that setting small, achievable goals each day helped me stay committed. Celebrating Decision Day 1854 in this journey marks not just a milestone in exercising but a testament to discipline that transcends physical health, touching on broader themes of justice and neurodivergence. Being neurodivergent adds another layer of complexity to maintaining routines. It requires flexibility and self-awareness to adapt workouts and diet plans so they resonate personally and sustainably. Mindfulness, for instance, helps in acknowledging days when energy levels are low, encouraging rest rather than forcing perfection. This approach fosters long-term adherence rather than burnout.
