My Week of Workouts ✨

I’ve been consistent for TWO weeks! Since I’m a teacher, it’s so much easier to find time in the summer to workout. I’m nervous for when school starts back, but it’s about making sacrifices :). I’ve felt so much better since working out consistently MENTALLY! I feel like my mood is more consistent and it’s so nice 😭
