TRUTHS ABOUT FITNESS

As always! I am giving the girls tea 🍵

Here are my truths about fitness! And these are things you should be aware of when going into your fitness journey! ☺️

- DIET MATTERS

What you intake will of course reflect on the outside in terms of results!

(If you are aiming for a particular body type be sure to do research on what foods will help you boost that area!) 🤍

- IT TAKES TIME

It will take at least a year to see results you will be happy with.

You will have milestones where you lose weight, or gain, or tone a certain way that will make you feel good.

But a routine and a consistent figure will happen later on. 🤍

- MENTAL IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS PHYSICAL 🤍

... Read moreWhen embarking on a fitness journey, understanding that diet plays a crucial role is paramount. It's not just about burning calories; it's about fueling your body with the right nutrients. Prioritize foods rich in protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins to maximize your results. Additionally, patience is key. Research suggests that it takes a minimum of six months to notice significant physical changes, and during this time, your body will undergo various phases of transformation. Celebrate small milestones, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or improved endurance, as they all contribute to your overall well-being. Moreover, the mental aspect of fitness is just as important as the physical. Engaging in regular exercise can boost your mood and mental clarity. Stay focused on your goals, and remember, a positive mindset can significantly impact your success. Surround yourself with a supportive community, utilize online resources, and never hesitate to seek guidance from fitness professionals for tailored advice. Embrace the journey, and always remember that consistency is the key to achieving lasting results.

Instant follow for that “ it’s gonna take a year to see results” I am so tired of having that conversation with everyone. They get so discouraged if they don’t see results within a couple months, then go on cutting extremes and revert back to all the old habits.
