✨ Starting 2026 by making choices that actually support how I work, and how I feel while doing it.

I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes it looks like paying attention to your body, your energy, and the way you naturally move through your day. I stand a lot when I edit, design, and plan. I think better when I’m moving. So instead of forcing myself into a setup that never really fit, I finally adjusted my space to match how I work.

This desk isn’t about productivity or doing more. It’s about sustainability. About creating in a way that feels good, supports my health, and allows me to show up comfortably.

I’m entering this year with more intention, more awareness, and a lot more care for the systems that support me, both in my business and in my life. Small shifts, but meaningful ones. 🙌🏽
