Surviving WFH
You’re trying to survive working from home while studying Public Health + building an AI startup
Working from home sounded like a dream… until I realized I needed a whole starter pack just to survive 😂. Between my Public Health degree and my AI in healthcare startup, my days are a mix of lectures, research, coding, and way too many Zoom calls.
My current “WFH survival kit”:
☕ Coffee (my unofficial co-founder)
🩴 Slippers I basically live in
🎧 Noise-cancelling headphones (because neighbors drilling at 9am is my villain origin story)
🍫 Snacks (because studying public health somehow makes me extra hungry)
Honestly, the hardest part for me is separating school and work…they blend into each other. Some days I feel like a visionary building the future of healthcare, and other days I’m just staring at my laptop thinking, why am I like this 😅.
If you work/study from home too, what’s YOUR must-have? I’m curious if anyone else’s survival kit looks as chaotic as mine.

Ugh transitioning from work to class is the worst I suggest doing something you like in between 🙏 good luck
