Take yourself out for a walk-not to burn calories, not to be productive, but to feel the air on your skin, to listen to the sound of your own footsteps, to exist without pressure.

Buy yourself something nice, not because you need it, but because you deserve to receive love-even from yourself.

Play your favorite songs on repeat. Dance in your room like no one will ever see. Watch your comfort movie for the hundredth time. Let yourself rest without guilt. Make space for yourself.

If being alone fills you up, don't apologize for needing time away. Take care of yourself like you would a child who depends on you. Feed yourself well. Speak to yourself gently. Forgive yourself easily.

Most of all, don't leave yourself behind.

The world can be loud, life can be heavy, but through it all-stay. Stay soft. Stay kind. Stay yours. 💕🪷
