Easy hack: when it comes to any recipe that uses milk, I evaluate if it's an opportunity to substitute protein drinks/milks instead! @REBBL is one of my favorite protein drinks on the market - for it's clean ingredients, as well as its superior flavors! Whether it's overnight oats, chia puddings, granola bowls, etc. - I'll sub out vanilla almond milk with a vanilla protein drink, and (boom💥) watch 16 grams of protein get easily added!

Feel good vibes: I LOVE making a pretty plate or bowl of food! Sure, you don't have to do this (if it tastes good, that's really what matters), but I just find that it adds an element of enjoyment to my eating experience and keeps me feeling satisfied with making dishes at home. So, have fun... take an extra minute to plate your food up (like a restaurant might do), and enjoy your "art" as you consume it!👩🏼‍🍳

dEATS for this chia pudding bowl:

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup milk of your choice (I used a @REBBL vanilla protein drink)

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Dash of cinnamon

Stir the above ingredients together and store in the refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 5 hours.

When it's ready to enjoy, top it with your favorites: granola, dairy-free chocolate chips, almond butter, fresh fruit, etc.!

I used to think quinoa was just for fancy salads, but I've discovered it's just as flexible as oats or even chia seeds in creating satisfying, protein-rich meals. What I love most about quinoa is that it's a complete protein, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids your body can't produce on its own. This makes it an excellent choice for anyone, whether you're vegetarian, vegan, or just trying to eat more plant-based meals. One of my favorite ways to incorporate quinoa into my day is in a hearty breakfast bowl. Forget the sugar-laden cereals; a warm bowl of quinoa can be just as comforting and infinitely more nourishing. Here’s a simple idea: cook your quinoa with plant-based milk (like almond or soy) instead of water, add a dash of cinnamon, a drizzle of maple syrup, and maybe some vanilla extract – sound familiar? It's like a cousin to my chia pudding, but with a different texture. Top it with fresh berries, a sprinkle of nuts, or even a dollop of almond butter, and you've got a fantastic, sustained energy boost to start your day. Beyond breakfast, quinoa shines in meal prep. I often cook a big batch on Sunday and use it throughout the week. For lunch, it’s amazing as the base for a power bowl with roasted veggies, some chickpeas or grilled chicken, and a zesty dressing. Or, for a quick dinner, I’ll stir it into a veggie stir-fry. It adds substance and that much-needed protein element without being heavy. Just like with my #HighProteinChiaPudding, I find that 'romanticizing' my quinoa meals makes them so much more enjoyable. Taking that extra minute to arrange colorful veggies, sprinkle fresh herbs, or use a beautiful bowl truly elevates the experience. It transforms a simple meal into a mindful moment of self-care. It’s an easy, delicious, and incredibly nutritious way to keep your healthy eating journey exciting and satisfying!
