・ 1 sweet potato (300g)

・ 1 / 2 onion

・ 1 / 2 carrot

・ 4 slices of half bacon

15 g butter

・ Cake flour tablespoon 1.5

A. 250 ml of water

A. Consomme tablespoon 1

B. Milk 300ml

B. Salt and pepper

B. Grated cheese to taste

How to make

① Cut sweet potatoes into 1cm squares and soak in water. Cut onions and carrots into 1cm squares and bacon into 1cm wide pieces.

② Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the drained sweet potatoes, onions, carrots and bacon.

③ When the onion becomes soft, turn off the heat and add the cake flour. Mix until the whole is blended.

④ Add A, cover and simmer over low medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are soft. (Mix in the middle.)
