This Week’s Workouts (so far)

I’ll be honest I’ve been either cleaning (this counts as exercise if you are constantly moving for more than 10 minutes… IMO), doing the stepper… or nothing… or at least that was last week…

This week I started off forcing myself to do 10 minutes on the stepper (Monday and Tuesday) and then went into full force with Rachel’s Fit Pilates YouTube channel… Wednesday I decided to start her 30 day hard challenge (light version) and then decided Thursday I’d rather try her 28 day Weight Loss Pilates Challenge…

I’m LOVING all of her videos so far!!! If there is a day where I don’t feel motivated though I will just do either the stepper or a wall Pilates video on Renee Mowatt’s YouTube channel.

For easy or unmotivated days, Renee is great cause she practically distracts you while you workout. For something a little harder, I like Rachel’s Fit Pilates.

What are your favorite (wall) Pilates channels?

... Read moreThis week has been a transformative experience in my workout routine. I began with 10 minutes on the stepper, gradually increasing intensity by incorporating Pilates sessions from popular YouTube channels. I dove into Rachel's Fit Pilates, tackling both a 30-day hard challenge and a 28-day weight loss program. Pilates is ideal for anyone looking to enhance flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness without high impact. For lighter exercise days, I appreciate Renee Mowatt’s wall Pilates videos, offering an engaging distraction while still delivering an effective workout. If you’re looking for tips on incorporating Pilates into your routine, consider scheduling at least two sessions a week to build strength and consistency. Pilates can be adjusted for various fitness levels, making it accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Remember to set realistic goals and celebrate small victories, as motivation can sometimes wane. Engaging with online communities, such as those dedicated to Pilates on social media, can provide encouragement and inspiration. Lastly, exploring workouts that fit your mood—whether intense or more relaxed—helps keep the routine enjoyable. What Pilates workouts have motivated you this week?
