I have a challenge confession…
Okay… confession time:
Yes, this is a 90-day challenge.
But for me?
Cycle 1 is my “figure it out as I go” phase.
I’m using these first 2 weeks to test what actually works:
🌀 Which habits are sticking
🌀 What routines don’t fit (yet)
🌀 What I want to do vs. what I can realistically do
I’m learning what works for my life right now — not what looks good on paper.
⸻
📌 Quick breakdown of the challenge layout:
Each “cycle” = 14 days
• 10 workout days
• 3 active rest days
• 1 full rest day
The workouts repeat every cycle so we can track progress and build consistency.
I’ve also added weigh-ins and journal prompts on specific days to help reflect + adjust.
⸻
💡 Cycle 2 starts just after school starts — and for me, that’s when the real challenge begins.
My daughter is starting a brand-new school this year. No transportation means I’ll be dropping off and picking up daily.
She’s autistic (level 3) and has ADHD — and this year, she’ll actually be getting homework and support (finally). That’s a big transition for both of us. 🤍
So I’m figuring out:
• What I can do before school
• What I can do while she’s at school
• And what has to wait until after homework, meltdown support, and bedtime
⸻
So yes, I’m starting now. But I’m also giving myself grace.
Cycle 1 is my prep phase.
Cycle 2 will be my true start line.
That was the original 75-day challenge start date — I just added 2 weeks of momentum-building.
This doesn’t have to be your path.
Maybe you’re going all in from Day 1.
Maybe you’re easing in like me.
Either way — the goal is to keep going.
Make the challenge fit your life.
👇🏼 Are you treating Cycle 1 as your transition too, or diving in full force? Leave a 🩷 if you can relate.
