Do you prefer knowing your week of workouts or looking forward to it each day (aka posts coming day by day not all at once)?

This week is my birthday week! Last week was my daughter’s and this week is mine. I’ll be adjusting my rest days so that one will land on my birthday. That’s the great thing about this and something I forget to mention….

You can rearrange your days however you need to! Can’t workout tomorrow because you have a dentist appointment or doctor appointment or some kind of event that will move your whole day around? Make it an active workout day! Swap the days! Make your not busy day that happens before or after your busy one the workout day! You’re still getting your workout in AND you have less stress on your busier day!
