Considering I’m sick and really don’t feel good and can’t stop coughing… I only did 2 rounds. I did my warm up and finisher plus the two rounds of the workout planned for today (back&triceps).

I showed up even when I don’t feel good and I’m so proud of myself cause a few months ago I would have given up!
